- Read Michael Wilbon's "College athletes should be paid to play"
- Use the Toulmin model to analyze Wilbon's argument
- Class/HW: research arguments from the opposing side (you could start here with CNN's Crossfire episode on the topic). Come to tomorrow's class prepared to support one side and counter the other.
- Padlet "Rhetoric gone right and wrong" post due by 11:59 pm tonight

- Flipgrid debate: Pay to play or nay? (9915ee)
- Class/HW due tomorrow: bring docs of your two "Stories of Our Lives" ready to publish and turnitin
